Once a repair notification is received, one of our highly trained vehicle repair specialists will contact you directly to arrange the collection of your vehicle. Our fully ATA trained vehicle damage assessors will then contact you to confirm the repair requirements and liaise directly with you and your insurance company and will be assigned to your specific case, keeping you fully updated throughout the whole repair process.

Remember, if an accident is not your fault, you don’t have to use your own insurance company. We can arrange suitable hire vehicles, delivered when and where you want it all through 3rd party insurance repairs. Importantly with it being your choice you can have your vehicle repaired here at Perfect Paint.

We provide these services in conjunction with KINDERTONS who are a support service for the Vehicle Repair industry and facilitate 3rd party insurance repairs and can undertake repairs on all cars & light commercial vehicles, including long wheel base nad high roof vans.
